Our Story

Ntugi Group is made up of a Canadian team of12 people, among seven families, and a Kenyan team of 3 support staff. We support OLPC implementations in Northern Kenya, near Meru and Isiolo, and work in partnership with OLPC deployments worldwide.

Our local partner in development is the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy and their Education and Conservation Education Programmes.

Our implementations include:

* 2 OLPC school projects at Ntugi Day Secondary School, Meru, Kenya and Leparua Primary School, Il Ngwesi, Kenya

* An Education Centre implementation at The Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, our partner on the ground in Kenya

* A ‘Back-Pack’ outreach project to three additional schools (Ngare Ndare Secondary, Lewa Primary, Subuiga Primary).

We currently have a 120 XO’s deployed across those sites.
